CIMA -CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS ACCOUNTING

 

 

DESCRIPTION

 

The Certificate in Business Accounting is CIMA’s entry level accounting qualification for students with little or no accounting background. The certificate level gives you business experience beyond just financial accounting and you’ll gain insight into how the different areas of accounting relate to the business world. It can be seen as a knowledge refresher course or a foundation to a career in business and finance. The Certificate in Business Accounting forms the basis of the CIMA Professional Qualification and is a valuable qualification on its own.

PREREQUISITES

 

You don’t need any formal qualifications to start this level. You will need a good understanding of both English and mathematics and a passion to succeed in business.

 

 

DURATION

 

40 hours of training is required for each subjects. Total duration of the training is 200 Hours. The whole course will be finish in 5 Months.

EXAMS

 

All five subject examinations within the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting qualification  are sat at CIMA approved assessment centres using computer based assessment (CBA) methodology. ExecuTrain Qatar having the facility to conduct these CBA exams. Registered CIMA students may sit the examinations in any order and at any time of the year. The pass mark for each of the five examinations is 50% and permanent credit is awarded for any subject in which the candidate scores 50% or more. Each subject examination will be two hours.

SCHEDULE

 

Classes for subjects C01, C02, C03 will be commencing on Tuesday, 25th of November 2014 at 6:30 PM. The classes will be on Sunday to Thursday from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Classes for subjects C04, C05 will be commencing on Sunday, 1st of February 2015 at 6:30 PM.
